There will be a registration fee of $25.00 for participants from agencies who receive Title X funding (before April 20, 2009) and a $50.00 registration fee for participants from agencies who do not receive Title X funding (before April 20, 2009). These fees will double respectively after April 20, 2009. You can pay the registration fee via credit card by entering your information in the payment and billing section. Please note that only Visa, Master Card and American Express will be accepted.

This exciting conference will focus on the issues that challenge  male family planning and male reproductive health programs. The two and one-half day event promises to be a great opportunity for professionals working in these areas to network while learning about new developments, emerging trends and refinements of traditional strategies for increasing male involvement.  Representatives from agencies providing male (and female) reproductive health programs are invited to attend.

This event is supported by the Office of Population Affairs and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Department of Health and Human Services.

Additional presentation topics will be published as speakers and sessions are finalized.  As these sessions solidify, the website will be updated with the additional information and the conference agenda.


Poster Presentations

Application materials due to FPMTC by April 10, 2009

Posters will be displayed during the Evening Reception from 5:00 - 6:30pm Tuesday, May 5 at the Omni Royal Orleans Hotel.  All poster presentations must be submitted to FPMTC and approved for presentation prior to the conference event.  If interested in presenting a poster at the 2009 conference, please submit a poster  presentation description to fpmtc@uncg.edu including the topic you wish to present, details of what you plan to display, materials you plan to use and any supplemental data for the topic no later than April 10, 2009. Each program selected will have one half of an eight-foot skirted table available for their presentation materials.  No power sources, stands, or additional materials will be provided.

*Additional topics will be considered based on poster presentation application materials.
